RETURN POLICY: Items purchased from Robert James River Online may be returned within 21 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in re-sellable condition as determined by our inspection. All tags must be attached, and all packaging materials included.
To return an item for a refund or exchange, you must first contact us by e-mail at robtjriver@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization Code. This code must appear on the outside of the return package. Packages received without the code will be sent back to you. All items returned to Robert James River must be shipped prepaid - no COD's.
Items obtained by special order, coupons, or that were discontinued items are not eligible for return. Please make sure the product ordered is exactly what you want.
